About this Project
Chatham Construction Co. recently finished a 5,500 square foot tenant buildout for a counseling and recovery center. We converted two suites including a former SunTrust bank and a kitchen & bath company into one large space for our client.
This project was completed in 6 weeks. The scope of work included a complete demolition of both interior spaces, new open ceiling concept for an industrial look, new offices, a full gym with rubber flooring, new epoxy flooring, new wood flooring and much more. We repurposed the old bank vault as well. A big shout out to all of our subcontractors that made this happen in record time by working nights and weekends to meet our schedule.
